As an expert in your space, can you share one small but actionable tip for brands?
Packaging and positioning really matter.
Media coverage creates a credible echo-chamber of solid brand foundations.
Always have a target customer in mind and make them a real person as much as possible. We’re constantly creating archetypes and testing messaging with focus groups and surveys.

Who’s your current brand crush, and what do you love about them?
Hay Design. I personally love their pieces. They are also a PR firm's dream — dynamic, full of story, tons of opportunities for collaborations, and a great range of styles and price points, not to mention affiliate links!

How should someone approach you about working together?
We’re always looking for new clients for our three service categories: Positioning, Design, and Public Relations. From the jump, we transparently lay out our approach and what you can expect from working with us. It’s a two-way street and we love being on the journey with our clients. Email hello@isetta.co to start the conversation.

What’s your favorite data point to dive into? Why?
Revenue! At the end of the day, our job is to popularize brands in a way that ultimately drives revenue. Sometimes that’s linear— think an affiliate link in a story. And oftentimes it’s not linear, but even more powerful— think strategic connections that lead to partnerships and distribution.
