As an expert in your space, can you share one small but actionable tip for brands?

Sometimes the least polished ads are the best performers. That's because they're real. Don't sweat the small stuff when working with creators—zoom out and always keep the bigger picture in mind.

Who’s your current brand crush, and what do you love about them?

Ritual because they're not just a pretty face. I love their site, the product, and the brand aesthetic—but am a firm believer in their product above all else.

What’s your favorite data point to dive into? Why?

Blended CAC and ROAS are big, exciting metrics for me as a marketer. As marketing director at SuitShop, one of our favorite metrics for success is: how many wedding groups we register daily.
