As an expert in your space, can you share one small but actionable tip for brands?
One tip I have around working with e-commerce brands is to ensure there is intentionality and purpose behind everything you do. The space is crowded and people buy from other people so the more you can make the user feel like they're interacting with humans versus a brand, the better.

I love Soft Services - everything from brand/tone/and how the founders present themselves.

Admittedly, I don't live and breathe data or metrics, but I love looking at engagement on social posts. I love to see what content resonates enough for people to comment on it.
