TryNow's platform allows online shoppers to try products before committing to a purchase, enhancing the ecommerce experience for both consumers and retailers.
When a customer is interested in a product, they can opt to try it out through TryNow via a Try Before You Buy Button (rather than having to commit to an "Add to Cart" button). From there, TryNow ingests the customers' credit card information as a hold (like a hotel security deposit) and sends the customer the desired products they are looking to try on for $0 up front. This means customers can receive the product, try it out in their own environment, and then decide whether to keep it or return it without having to front the cost. The customer's credit card is then charged for whatever they choose to keep at the end of the trial period (which varies merchant to merchant).
From the merchant perspective, TryNow provides a seamless integration that allows them to offer a try-before-you-buy option to customers without significant operational changes or engineering work. The TryNow platform provides customization ability, ongoing analytics, and integrates with the return process the merchant already has in place.
